Cyber Clinic’s App comes integrated with Medicare! It manages rebates on your behalf. 


Individual clients pay for their sessions upfront and no longer need to visit Medicare or use the Medicare App to claim. An invoice is generated automatically after the session is completed and submitted through our Cyber Clinic platform directly integrated into the Medicare platform.  The claimable rebate will appear in your bank account within 2-7days. 


Medicare rebates are available for video consultations between psychiatrists, psychologists and mental health social workers and their clients. To be eligible, you must live in an eligible telehealth area, classified as Modified Monash Model areas 4-7. 


In order to claim your rebates, make sure to 


1. Add your medicare card details correctly. 

2- Add the Gp name, provider number and referral dates. 

3- Upload a copy of the referral letter. If the above is done correctly, Cyber Clinic will lodge the claim for you. If any of the above is incorrect/ insufficient- 

Cyber Clinic will email you the issue, and advise you to correct it to contact the Cyber Clinic team directly.
