Cyber Clinic is an Australian online mental health platform that matches clients with best fit psychologists by providing mental health support, anywhere anytime via a secure video call.
The Cyber Clinic App empowers clients to do simple functions such as completing their profile, identifying concerns and choosing a practitioner from the platform that works with their unique requirements. The client can view their calendar, book consults and gain insights on the progress of their mental health and well-being session by session.
For practitioners, the App removes the time and labour-intensive manual administration, client billing and reporting via the automation and Medicare integration built within the App. Practitioners will get leads from our retail, government and corporate clients and provide psychological support to various cohorts of people in Australia and do not have to pay for registration and subscriptions to access the platform.
The objective of the App is to provide a mobile practice to practitioners so that they can continue serving clients without the barriers of distance or relocation and for the clients to achieve a trusting and outcomes-based therapeutic relationship with their practitioners.
