Once you have selected your practitioner to fill out the intake form and medicare details. On the same medicare page- you will have an option to upload your referral - directly click a picture, upload through phone gallery, upload a PDF copy. This is important if you are looking to claim medicare rebates for your appointment
With GP
If you don't have a Medicare card or a referral letter, you won't be eligible for a rebate. Just click "I don’t have a medicare card"
Through Organisations
Free Contract- From the left side of the app, you will have an option to add your promo code. Contact the Cyber Clinic team to get the code. Once the code is selected, you can book sessions with a practitioner.
Paid Contract - Add the code, select pracs, make payment for your session.
